Indifference Curves: Got MRS?

2 comments:

  1. MRS. degree = attending school for the sole purpose of getting married.

MRS = marginal rate of substitution, or the rate at which a consumer will give up one good for another.

The graph illustrates three indifference curves. Each curve represents all points where a consumer would be equally happy. The curve in the upper right corner represents the highest utility level.
